“I’m very disappointed with my experience. My order arrived with the laundry detergent bottle burst open, and the entire box was soaked. This happened because the items were very poorly packaged with no protection to prevent the bottle from breaking during transit. As a result, the detergent leaked into my shampoo and conditioner through the pump tops, making all of the products unusable. I immediately sent clear photos and reached out to customer service. After a couple of brief replies, I’ve now been waiting several days with no follow-up or resolution. Being ignored after receiving a damaged order is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Between the unsafe packaging and the lack of customer support, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.”
