“I have complained about a shampoo that was split and leaking however I haven’t had a replacement item issued yet. I sent photo of the item a couple of weeks ago now. The items I received weren’t appropriately wrapped were in plastic rather than a box. I have been using your company for a while and this is my first damaged order and I’m hoping this can be replaced.”
