“At first, I got an estimated order date from Royal Mail, but it didn't come on that day. I got suspicious and started reading their reviews and thought I had been scammed, I emailed them but go no response. I informed my bank and they ended up giving me a refund. I then went on Instagram and messaged them and got a reply rather quickly, after that my delivery status on Royal Mail changed and I got my delivery about 2 days later. The whole process was about 2 weeks. I don't think I'll order from them again because of the whole anticipation I faced. If you are yet to receive your order and think you've been scammed try message them on their social media accounts.”

“Happy to receive the product, hoping it will help me reduce my plastic waste. However, I bought 2x 5L cartons, and they each came in separate cardboard boxes with huge amounts of plastic bubble wrap etc! They would both have fitted in one of the boxes, without the need for extra plastic packaging (I checked!) Would be great if this could be addressed! Otherwise very happy with fast and free delivery.”

“the product is very nice I love it 5 stars but poor packaging because a lid of the product can't bo closed tightly. When you try to close it completely the lid will pop up by itself. I will order more but hope not get the same package I got.”

“Pleased with the service from Just My Look .My concern was that the Yankee Candle itself had a large patch of dark blue within it which made me consider if it was a second? It would have looked better with pale blue being consistent throughout. I bought for a present so have had to accept this. Would be interested in hearing if this was perhaps as it should have been.”

“Our new cat scratched my daughter badly, leaving some big and visible scars. I am, first hand, very familiar with the excellent effects/results of Rosa Mosqueta. I tried to buy some while in lockdown but it proved difficult to get it straight from Chile during this time. I read a review on a Brazilian phytotherapy/skincare blog comparing this oil here with 3 other and it seems to have worked for the blogger. Saw I decided to buy this one because it was available for ready deliver. I started using it on my daughter's scars a on the day it arrived but cannot endorse it yet because it is too soon. In my experience (having had some big cosmetic surgeries which naturally leaves scars, specially if you are genetically prone to it) the results can be seen from 3 months of using the oil. But again, I am very familiar with the results of the Rosa Mosqueta (ROSA RUBIGINOSA which has Trans-Retinoic Acid and is so effective at restoring and regenerating scar tissues and fading fine lines and wrinkles) from the Andes, in Chile. It reduced my Mammaplasty scars considerably (that was 25 years ago). This product here is made out of ROSA CANINA and I am not familiar with. I only bought it because of 2 positive reviews. Hence I am giving 3 stars. Let's see in 6 months time, which is the my personal timeset for the product to start showing its positive result.”

“Although not disappointed with the product I am really disappointed in your customer service. Despite a free gift of vitamins in my basket at the time of ordering when it came to checkout it had disappeared. I contacted customer service to be told in an email bluntly that the offer had finished? Despite emailing again I have had no response”
