“The products l did receive were good and the waiting time was good however the customer services was poor l spent lots of money buying 6 expensive perfumes in one box one of them was missing you didn't take responsibility for that so much for keeping the customer happy l got no refund or replacement so l lost money ,l will not buy from you again”

“Really disappointed. I paid for next day delivery and I ordered my stuff in PLENTY of time. The goods were obviously delivered late, and as a result, totally missed the occasion I bought them for. Then had to wait even longer for delivery due to bank holidays. I complained and someone refunded me a total of £1.99! It cost me more than that in time by complaining; it’s a total insult. I was then told if I wasn’t happy, I’d have to contact JML again, and ask to speak with a Manager. Why can’t they get a Manager to contact me? Disgusting service.”

“Poor customer service experience after the wrong item was sent. Ordered through this retailer to get the item quickly as I’d run out of stock, only to be told that they would not send out the item until they had received the incorrect item. Absolutely absurd. Will never order from this retailer again. Worst customer service ever.”

“Loved the products! Unfortunately there’s a “but” I requested that they were delivered inside my enclosed porch. Instead they were left at my dustbins, which are in full view of pavements outside my property and a busy road.”
