“I haven't received my order. I asked for it to be delivered to Argos in Sainsbury's in Kenilworth but DPD only had the road and property number and were unaware that it was Sainsbury's. Was unable to contact you or DPD. Not sure if the order has been returned. Will I get a refund? It was all so difficult I gave up!”
