“I ordered a present for my mum with post 48 on 24th Dec , granted it was Xmas time snd post . I never received my item till 3rd January which was way over the time . I have sent emails twice now and was told someone would be intouch to discuss the matter and Im still waiting. I wint be using this company again”

“I received an expensive order of Olaplex products. One product although sealed had leaked into the box with approximately a third of the liquid wasted. Upon receipt I went onto the live chat (it was a weekend) and followed all the prompts to give photos of the bottle and I was told someone would come back to me. I have now chased several times since, which has been a week and a half, and have still not had a response. I had an email asking how I rated the customer service and I replied advising I still had not had a resolution. I have since chased a response again and again. Very disappointed”
