“Good prices for my perfume and shampoo but dismayed by the amount of plastic packing in the parcel. Good delivery time and communication. Will use once more, then make a decision about whether to continue as a customer in light of the packaging.”

“One of the items burst and spoiled the whole parcel which once I cleaned up it went straight in the bin. Once I contacted customer services as I was unable tp return the burst item all I was offered 10% off my next order.”
