“I received this bag and was pleased to see it wrapped so nicely. A couple of things I got asked about this that I will share, the bag is 100% AUTHENTIC, there is no dust bag that comes with it, as this style of bag doesn't have one. There may be some chinese writing inside the bag itself, my bag did have this, but again just to clarify that the bag is authentic. I know this can raise eye brows with some people as there are so many sites out there that sell duplicates. I emailed customer services to confirm this . The bag itself is a really good size, has adjustable straps and is a beautiful colour. Thanks Jules B :-)”

“Response to payback was good ....however only one of those that I use that I pay for delivery . Post office didn’t like the return label as no bar code”

“Jules B > still good at the moment > but unfortunately their new shipmentcarrier DPD is less reliable. Jules B customer care is customer friendly, so still good / > but before very good > because their shipmentcarrier Fed-Ex was always very reliable > and Jules B customer care was famous for their great and outstanding customer care. The products and designer garments they sell are always of excellent quality: they certainly offer like before great value for a relative low price.”

“Jules B were great and exchanged the dress for a smaller size quickly without any hassle. The dress is lovely, doesn't crease and for me at 5ft 3ins sits just on the knee so not a mini, but you may need a size smaller that you usually take.”

“Good initial service but the first T shirt was the wrong colour (my fault apparently) so it was returned on 4th March for a refund and another ordered. The returned item was delivered to them on 6th March and I am still waiting for the refund 6 days later. They said the delay was because I sent an image of the wrong tracking number initially...but I never sent a tracking number until I chased up again on 9th March. 3 Days later I am still waiting for confirmation of my refund. Not great.”

“Usual excellent standard of service, however, stock issues have created two instances in 2 months of the system showing stock when fulfilling there is no stock of an item. Do they sell out that fast????”
