“My order arrived quicker than I expected which was great but the postage to Ireland is £15 which is way too much for a one item order so unfortunately I won’t be using Jules B again. I was able to use my first time 15% off offer to offset the postage fee.”

“The customer service was very friendly when I asked about the customs duty I had to pay for delivery to Austria (48 Euros) . They said if I had ordered through the EU website customs duty would have been calculated straight away (which would have given me the opportunity to decide if I really wanted to spend 100 Euros on the kimono jacket). This should have been pointed out to me when I placed my order. Apart from that, everything was fine!”

“Delivery is brilliant and your website is usually very clear. Sadly the beautiful linen top I bought wasn’t exactly as I thought in the picture and it was too fitted for me.I have returned it and you were very prompt in telling me you had refunded my money although it still hasn’t shown on my account !”

“Prices are on a par with other retailers. Website is good and easy to navigate. Parcels came on time and well packed. Customer services were brilliant when I made enquiries. I think £2.50 returns fee was a little bit cheeky. I will continue to use them”

“All good apart from one disappointing thing… I order matching kimono, I paid for both items ( trousers & top), was excited to receive them and then, completely out of blue I had money refunded into my PayPal ( going by amount refunded, it looked like the money for the kimono). I had to email and ask why as there was no email to go with the refund. I had a reply after that, confirming what I thought. It would be nice to be advised ahead, or not allowing me to pay for it in the first place. If you didn’t have it, you should have r removed it from the shopping site. I am feel sad now as I don’t have the matching top, but still pleased with the trousers.”

“Jules B introduces quite a few different but quality brands which aren't always available on more obvious websites. The service is always good, and refunds are quick. They do charge for returns, which is my only quibble.”
