“My first experience ordering from Jules B. To be honest I had never heard of Jules B before and only discovered them through an advertisement that came up on my laptop homepage. How grateful I am that I opened the link. Firstly I grabbed a bargain but the thing that impressed me most was when my order arrived. Instead of arriving in the usual plastic bag all scrunched up, Jules B made the extra effort to wrap my top neatly in tissue paper (lots of it) and place it in a cardboard box. Unwrapping it felt like Christmas! Highly recommended and hopefully not my last order with Jules B.”

“Order of jeans arrived, clearly already worn as there were visible marks inside the jeans as they clearly had been worn without under wear!! Absolutely disgusting! Spoke to customer service at JulesB, did offer a refund on receipt of return, which they did, but would have been nice to offer a discount on a further purchase for the sheer neglect on their part!”

“I normally rate JulesB very highly as a retailer but as the box containing my reading glasses was empty I was really disappointed this time around. I opened the box and lifted out the glasses sleeve only to feel very let down that there were no glasses inside!!! All my other products were fab however, and as always carefully wrapped but I wonder why the box wasn’t checked that it contained the glasses....even to check the correct vision strength!! ☹️”
