“Ordered the M3600 White twin tip polo shirt, thinking i've got myself a nice little bargain, looking forward to my delivery in the next day or so... which then turned into a week, at the end of which i get a message from Evri say my parcel had been damaged and couldn't be delivered. Fantastic i thought, never going to see that again. Phoned up JB customer care... and they were great, very helpful. As soon as the got confirmation from the courier that the parcel had been lost / damaged and could nolonger be delivered came through, i was sent a replacement shirt next day delivery. As soon as i put the shirt on...you tell straight away this was the genuine artical, so impressed i ordered another M3600 in Navy.”

“Hello, First of all just would like to inform that i am using Eton shirts from almost 20 years ago, i am almost not using any other brands, when you open my cabinet you will see only Eton. I used to buy them from an outlet in Frankfurt where Eton has shop there but they closed. I am happy that i found your shop to Buy Eton shirts with reasonable prices. Just to inform you that until today i did not received them and the tracking without any update since last Saturday which is strange.”

“Wasnt in a rush but shows as next day delivery on your site bit never has been with my purchases so far Guessing they come from different stores as the comms / email updates arent same format”

There does seem to have been a slight processing delay with this which we sincerely apologise for. “I am delighted with my clothes. However not too happy with custom charge of 125 euro. Sorry but I wont be shopping with you again. I have shopped with you prior to Brexit and was a very happy customer but unfortunately I just feel the hidden costs are prohibitive for the future. Many thanks Maura”

“Shirt was a little on the big side. The XXL from Stone Island, CP Company, Firetrap all fit perfect, but the XXL by Henri Lloyd seemed huge. Very happy with the service”

“My order arrived quicker than I expected which was great but the postage to Ireland is £15 which is way too much for a one item order so unfortunately I won’t be using Jules B again. I was able to use my first time 15% off offer to offset the postage fee.”
