The reason I have given an average score for experience is because of the packaging. My coat arrived very creased and was simply stuffed into the shippage bag without any other wrapping. I was astonished at this as I have purchased many times from you both in store and online and your items are usually so beautifully packaged. This needs addressing or I would be wary of buying from you in the future.

Bought items in sale, great reductions. Arrived promptly. Would've given 5* for this but the website ordering was difficult to use, wasn't sure if my order had gone through and when I tried to phone there was no one answering the phone.

The quality of the coat is excellent, but how come by delivery not very poor , because was on one bag not properly closed, I was expecting that will be delivered on the box nice.

The delivery of my parcel with dpd was slightly delayed,which I was notified of,but no explanation given and no news of when to expect it.Unfortunately,the cardigan was too small,and not of the quality I expected-so I have returned via Royal Mail who collected and labelled the parcel for me,which was brilliant

I would have given 5 star had the measurements on the web stated the sizes as per the label on the product, costing me £4 plus to return.

Ordered coat on the 28th Dec. Didn’t arrive until 6th Jan.said on website next day.emails not answered until a couple of days,only negitive about purchase.

Didn't receive an order confirmation email, and had to chase up after a few days to check they had got my order, emails were a little slow to respond but it was that busy period between Christmas and new year, delivery was also slower than expected but again I'm putting that down to it being the Christmas/new year period. Email responses from CS team were friendly and polite. First time ordering with this company, I don't think it will put me off ordering from the, again in the future.

Yes should be able to return the item without incurring the cost of delivery. All other retailers do it.

Yet again find it infuriating that after spending hundreds of pounds both online and in store that a few days later all of the items have a further 15%off. Paid for next day delivery and took 2days to arrive.

I haven’t received my jacket yet, but that’s mainly due to the poor postage solution you use. All the other clothing vendors I use (Vollebak, Peregrine, Le Col) use DHL and it’s, a) a lot quicker, b) there’s no hand off to some other local logistics company (SPL in this case), so the information flow is a lot better. So, 6 business days as advertised, has so far doubled and updates and info is very poor.
