I ordered from Ireland on your website from the UK. Therefore I could place an order but as the boots were being shipped to Ireland I was charged €48 import duty. I was unaware of this fact when placing the order and I think if items are being sent aboard a message should be issued before the payment page.

As all orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom, any customers based in the EU ordering from our UK site will be subject to customs duties and taxes, which is specified in our delivery policy. Experience was fine. Having spent over £150 I expected free returns but £2.50 for the return wasn't bad. Don't like the subject line of the email asking for review. Starts with "be-honest". Makes me feel like you think I'm a dishonest person who needs to be reminded to be honest.

Great product I bought all colours but it arrived in a mess , not impressed. As a company you could and have done so much better

No issues with getting the product. But international customers beware! It would cost you a lot to ship the items back if you need to.

Returns not made easy. No return slip and i had trouble downloading label. Rang through and someone offered to do for me and Email..but it didn’t happen. Rang again and left message..no return call…not the easiest return. Managed in end so will see how long it takes to refund.!

Beautiful leather & good sole just disappointed they aren't made completely in UK. If knew they were made in India I wouldn't have purchased them. Thought I was buying British & wouldn't buy from you again. Feel conned, should have been clearly defined they weren't completely made in Britain.

Fast delivery and good product. The only disappointment was having to ring them a week after returning one of the pairs of jeans to chase the refund and acknowledge that they had received the parcel!

merchendise exchange process takes too long from point of view. If Jules B got for example right away untouchable return why does it take up to 7 working days exchange process ? What takes so long to give coustomer quick decent feedback..It really beats me. I don't get it. It's just my case perhaps. I'm still patiently waiting to get my exchange to be done

Jeans sent were too small. Returned immediately and delivered return to Jules B on the 20th Dec 2021. Asked for an exchange to a different size but still waiting for Jules B to confirm they did receive the return and are sending out an exchange. E mailed 3 times but not had a proper communication response. I do expect more than this from Jules B.

Nice genuine product. Arrived well packaged although very delayed. I was supposed to get it by Royal Mail 48 and it came over a week after I ordered it. Emailed Jules B for an update but got no response… The item was well priced though and I am happy with the item and delivery.

I recieved a pair of boots which on arrival were scratched. I sent pictures to Jules b and was told they no longer had them in my size but i coud have a refund. I had hoped they might make more of an effort to find a pair from loakes as i was able to buy another pair within a day for my best man. I replied that i was saddened that they could not help and would probabaly not use them again for loake purchases, i recieved no reply. regards, Aidan.

Dear Aidan, Thank you for leaving your review. I am sorry to hear your experience with Jules B has not been a positive one. I understand you received some boots from us that were defective, this is not the standard of service we would want our customs to receive and I can only apologise for this. I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service you received. It is a longer process to contact our Loake supplier to replace the boots for you. It usually takes around 2-4 weeks for us to receive a replacement directly from the brand. Therefore, since you needed them urgently we issued you a refund in full and you were able to purchase and receive a new pair. Once again, please accept my apologies for this and for the inconvenience this caused you. Quick delivery, however top was folded in box like it wash straight out the wash. Creased, balled up. Not how you’d expect an new shirt to come really.

Quick delivery. Annoyingly, I had to send one item back, which was dealt with quickly but incorrectly. I clearly specified an exchange, but was instead refunded. This is despite me phoning them to confirm exchange rather than refund.
