The quality of the jean is good but it’s a very small cut.Could not fit my legs unlike some other size 31 l have bought.

When I purchase Hugo Boss Slim Fit clothing you always go for the lager size , I purchased Large Slim Fit jumper from yourself, when arrived item was far to big returned both jumpers and re-ordered in medium, which are a better fit but still aren’t Slim Fit

Trainer was a size 44 (size 10) not 43.5 (size 9.5) I have returned the item but I am still awaiting confirmation that it has been received. I am starting to worry if there is a problem.

The top was a present and my nephew loved it. However, I missed his birthday because the 24 hour delivery ended up being 72 hours even though I paid extra. I was not happy. This is the first time it has happened at Jules B in fairness.

The courier couldn’t find us and my parcel was sent back. This is extremely unlikely and has never happened before. Therefore my delivery took longer than expected as I had to phone to get it re delivered to the same address. When it arrived it was missing its belt.

I have bought many clothes from Jules B and always had an excellent experience. However this time the trousers described as cream, were very definitely grey, so I had to send them back, and will apparently be charged postage for the cost of the return. So sadly not so pleased this time.

At times, we do need to 'rename' colourways due to the format in which we store goods in our warehouse however, provide clear imagery so customers are sure of the colour they will receive. Creating a return label isn’t as straightforward as it should be, and if the original delivery box is damaged, you’ll need to find and pay an alternative outer box to protect the items. Additionally, the £4.50 deduction for each return feels a bit steep, especially for those who want to shop regularly. Overall, they excels in offering premium fashion with a refined touch, but a more user-friendly and cost-effective return process would enhance the experience further.

Typically, we pride ourselves on such a seamless returns process as the portal usually allows for a quick and easy way for customers to obtain a label however, I apologise that this was not the case in this instance! Our customer care team are always happy to help with any return issues and I am sure that they would have been able to create you a returns label had they been notified of such a struggle. Customers are also welcome to use an alternative method of postage for their returns however, the label is there to avoid any further inconvenience. I ordered from Ireland on your website from the UK. Therefore I could place an order but as the boots were being shipped to Ireland I was charged €48 import duty. I was unaware of this fact when placing the order and I think if items are being sent aboard a message should be issued before the payment page.

Experience was fine. Having spent over £150 I expected free returns but £2.50 for the return wasn't bad. Don't like the subject line of the email asking for review. Starts with "be-honest". Makes me feel like you think I'm a dishonest person who needs to be reminded to be honest.

Returns not made easy. No return slip and i had trouble downloading label. Rang through and someone offered to do for me and Email..but it didn’t happen. Rang again and left message..no return call…not the easiest return. Managed in end so will see how long it takes to refund.!

Beautiful leather & good sole just disappointed they aren't made completely in UK. If knew they were made in India I wouldn't have purchased them. Thought I was buying British & wouldn't buy from you again. Feel conned, should have been clearly defined they weren't completely made in Britain.

Fast delivery and good product. The only disappointment was having to ring them a week after returning one of the pairs of jeans to chase the refund and acknowledge that they had received the parcel!

merchendise exchange process takes too long from point of view. If Jules B got for example right away untouchable return why does it take up to 7 working days exchange process ? What takes so long to give coustomer quick decent feedback..It really beats me. I don't get it. It's just my case perhaps. I'm still patiently waiting to get my exchange to be done
