Upon investigation, I see you did not opt for our Royal Mail returns label to send your order back to us. The postage provides a pre-paid tracked returns service which we offer at a flat rate of £2.50 regardless of the size of the parcel. Unfortunately, as you opted for an alternative service, this will have been based on the weight of your return.
We package all orders in sturdy parcel boxes, which we use to encourage the elimination of single-use plastic. These boxes are prepared and packaged with care by our Dispatch team, who work to ensure all orders arrive with customers both beautifully and safely. I am sorry you did not find the packaging sufficient, and I will be sure to pass this feedback to the appropriate team.
