“Hideous customer service, returned an item after wearing it twice with hole under arm. Was returned to me after calling me a liar and stating it wasn't a fault with the item and blaming me. Have spent £10s of thousands over the years with JulesB and will never set foot in store or shop online with them again.”

“I had to pay for postage three times, needed to return as size was too small and then I wasn’t allowed a refund so I had to reorder and pay for postage again”

“Ordered size 11 trainers, received size 7 trainers in size 11 boxes. Customer service has been poor with minimal contact from them despite advising me they would follow up ASAP. I’m still waiting on a response to my latest email. The trainers themselves would be fine if they were the correct size.”

“The status of my parcel "waiting for departure from the UK" has not changed for a week. I wrote letters to all social networks where there is Julesb and did not receive one answer. In the mail, I just received a letter with a request to leave a review about my purchase. But I do not even know what's wrong with her. Awful, disgusting service at this site, do not care about their customers at all. I do not recommend it!”

“Never received this coat phoned up to ship for another, to be told at the time I would be refunded the difference, a week later no signs of refund so phoned up to be told no refund would be given as in between the coat being returned the other coat had gone up what a disgraceful company I'll never shop here again you've lost a good customer I'm going to the ombudsman about your company”

“Ordered 2 weeks ago, ‘priblem’ With payment so it wasn’t sent but the was had been taken out my account. Phoned to query this and they said it was because my bulking address was different to the shipping one!! Got told it would be out next dat delivery (Monday 4/12/17 and this is 12/12/17 and I’m still waiting. My best friends 21st birthday present. Would not recommend”
