Never received this coat phoned up to ship for another, to be told at the time I would be refunded the difference, a week later no signs of refund so phoned up to be told no refund would be given as in between the coat being returned the other coat had gone up what a disgraceful company I'll never shop here again you've lost a good customer I'm going to the ombudsman about your company
