After calling jules B to say the wrong item was delivered, I arranged for collection at a cost of 60pence. Ordered the same item again after speaking to customer care. But the wrong Item arrived again for the second time. Contact customer services, they arrange for a free return. But now I have been told the item I want, is out of stock. Ended up having to ordered from Holland and Cooper direct instead. Still waiting for my refund from Jules B

I’m still waiting for a response about my order that never arrived! Still not had a refund and feel like I’ve been robbed! I’ll never be ordering from here again I’ve been made out to be not worth the time of your customer service team! You and DPD playing tennis to take responsibility for a parcel that wasn’t signed for, no picture evidence it arrived and a customer in the middle of your arguments! Need this sorting ASAP or I’ll be informing the police!

Good Morning Americo, I have looked at your order and can see that you placed an order going to Portugal, through our UK website, this means that your duties and taxes are not included in your final price. If you reject the parcel due to the customs/duties charges - we normally recover this cost by removing it from your refund. I can see by your order that this hasn't actually happened and you have only had your delivery postage removed. So in summary, we have only removed £9.99 for the cost of your delivery, not the larger sum of "returned to sender" fees that we were entitled to remove. I have also checked with our Customer Care team and can not find any emails or attempts of contact from you, we would have been happy to explain this to you if you had contacted our team. Not a great experience at all. They sent the wrong boots and then the boots I had ordered were out of stock. Very disappointing. Also even though the boots were returned promptly and I could see on tracking that they had been delivered i am still waiting for my refund. Won’t be using this company again

Good Morning, I am so sorry to hear of your bad experience with us, I can see that your refund has been processed today, the item was delivered back to us on Friday and we do not do this service over the weekend, we tend to advise 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed I can see that this may be disappointing when you have already had a bad experience, I sincerely apologise. it is possible that when the stock came into our warehouse that the item you received was ticketed incorrectly meaning you received the wrong item, this should have been picked up by our dispatch team when they do their quality control checks before the item is sent to you, again, I am sorry for this. if there is anything we can help you with in the future, please don't hesitate to contact us, I hope this helps, Kind Regards, Bernie

I will never order from them again. The return was a fortune . The box very flimsy. The reason I wouldn’t order from them again is the cost of the return

Thank you for your review, though I am sorry to hear you have had a poor experience with us. Upon investigation, I see you did not opt for our Royal Mail returns label to send your order back to us. The postage provides a pre-paid tracked returns service which we offer at a flat rate of £2.50 regardless of the size of the parcel. Unfortunately, as you opted for an alternative service, this will have been based on the weight of your return. We package all orders in sturdy parcel boxes, which we use to encourage the elimination of single-use plastic. These boxes are prepared and packaged with care by our Dispatch team, who work to ensure all orders arrive with customers both beautifully and safely. I am sorry you did not find the packaging sufficient, and I will be sure to pass this feedback to the appropriate team. Definitely won’t order with this company again, ordering system not great. My items was on its way only too be returned to them because the address wasn’t right after I put it in 3 times. Rang to have it dispatched again only to get a message from the post office that they had returned it to Jules B again ! Only wanted a coat

Good Morning, I have checked your account and can see that this was returned to the sender because there was missing information on your delivery address, when we got this back we added the information you told us. this was then returned back to us again due to another address error, we can only deliver to an address with the information provided. when we got this back, we refunded this at your request. I sincerely apologise that this order wasn't as smooth sailing as it should have been, we weren't to know the address was incorrect but are still sorry that you didn't have the shopping experience we strive for at Jules B. Very poor service. Never got the exchange product promised. Although same product with same size available online allowing purchase of more than a pair, customers service says the size for which exchange is requested was sold out. Return charge deducted from refund which yet to be refunded. Customer service adviser wouldn’t allow me to speak to anyone else. She confirmed the bulk stops with her. Very disappointed. Felt ripped off. Will not do business with JulesB.

To be quite frank I buy regular from Jules B. Ordered the shirt twice and twice came in the wrong colour. Infact they managed to send the shirt in a colour the website showed as sold out. Therefore, the order was not down to an error of me choosing the wrong colour. So the up shot is I return something I did not order and I have to pay the postage for the error!

Order of jeans arrived, clearly already worn as there were visible marks inside the jeans as they clearly had been worn without under wear!! Absolutely disgusting! Spoke to customer service at JulesB, did offer a refund on receipt of return, which they did, but would have been nice to offer a discount on a further purchase for the sheer neglect on their part!

Was sent the wrong trousers which were damaged,I returned the trousers requesting my original order be sent.I then got an email saying a refund had been made,this was sent with no explanation of why my order wasn’t forthcoming or any apology.
