Still not received item tried to call customer service today to be on hold for two hours event to be cut off when 1st in Q this is not the Jules B I disappointed.

Wrong colour, it's not grey, it is silver birch and it was huge, not as described as I take an XL but it must have XXL with a wrong label in it
