I love my nomination bracelet and usually really happy with my charms. However, I bought the 'nanny' charm and it was that small that I couldn't read what it said. Even with my glasses on haha. So I am going to have to think of and buy a new gift.

Despite me only ordering items marked as being in stock, one item was apparently out of stock and I have received absolutely no communication at all! Tried to call number, just rings and rings! Now have my money and no way of knowing when item will arrive or if it will arrive!

The product was fine and there were no problems with the actual item, but was only notified that the item was ‘awaiting stock’ the day after I had purchased it. The charm was intended as a birthday present, so it would have been useful to have been with informed of the lack of stock at the time of purchase.

never buy from here again. i cancelled my order and it took way to long to be returned. i repeatedly emailed and was told it had been in my account for a while which it hadn’t been. i immediately checked my paypal and suddenly i had been refunded. clearly hadn’t returned my money when it should have been. awful customer service too

You deducted full price from my account despite one charm being out of stock. I have not received any correspondence to say when or if the charm will be delivered. I prefer to speak on phone rather than send emails to sort such matters out .

I have not received my item - which is disappointing as it was for a gift, when querying this with Joshua James I was given a standard reply stating I would need to wait 14 days before a replacement or refund could be considered (no apology was given) I appreciate this is out of Joshua James control but it is not my fault either so I would still be reluctant to order anything else from them.

After purchase I received an email to say my order was out of stock. This was not stated at point of checkout and when it finally arrived, the bracelet tool is missing so I have a bracelet without the tool to put the charms on with.

I purchased two nomination charm same for an email stating that are being despatched within 24 hrs of ordering. Great service I thought then when they arrived one was correct the other wasn't. Spoke with the company to be told return in and then we will send the correct one on Wednesday this being Monday. Phoned today to be told its not in stock and won't be available until next week. Disappointed does not cover my feelings about the charm as it was for a very special day so now the impact has been lost. They are value for money and would rate 5stars if and when they get their stock control and delivery systems sorted

The jewellery arrived loose in a tatty envelope and the gift box provided was bend and crushed. I contact customer service to complain and still awaiting a response, over a week later. Not a happy customer and wont use again or recommend.

I ordered 2 x Titanic charms for my 2 nieces who were off to Belfast - ordered them in plenty of time however when the pack arrived, there was only one in the bag but clearly stating 2 on the delivery form. I called Joshua James to be told that the item was out of stock and he would check if he could re-stock - whilst he was doing this, I logged on to Joshua James website and could order another one, nothing saying it was out of stock. I queried this with the person on the other end of the line and they informed me there was a problem with that item however he could order the item in. I asked him to do that and was there any chance I would get it by the Saturday (when my nieces were going to Belfast) and he said no, it would be a week before delivery could happen. Obviously not very happy. It is now Wednesday and I have had no further information from Joshua James as to whether the item has been despatched or when delivery will take place. Really disappointed as I have ordered from JJ before and not had any issues. From a very disgruntled customer - you have my money but I have no goods.

Disappointed. I ordered through Joshua James as they provide next day delivery. It was not until my order was placed and paid for before I was informed the items were out of stock. This resulted in a later delivery than I had hoped for.

Inadequate checking before order dispatch. Sent wrong item which meant I was unable to give it as a gift as intended.

Wasn’t too happy with my order, when it came they had sent me a charm that I didn’t order instead of the one I paid for & was too late to send it back or order another one! Won’t be ordering online again

I have used Joshua James many time and ordered nomination charms and bracelets. Unfortunately this time my charm was damaged. As this was a Mother’s Day gift this was dissappointing as I had to send it back before I received a new charm (still not arrived). I’m not the type of person to make complaints and I understand the people responding to my problem we’re just doing their job, however I would expect something back maybe a 5 pound off or something as I am a loyal customer (I have 2 bracelets myself) and spending nearly 30 pound on a 5pence piece charm which i have had to sort out getting changed/cannot gift to my mum is a disappointment.

I have always shopped here for my Nomination charms and been impressed with their response and delivery times however my recent experience has been awful. They took four days delivery from the day I received the email saying they had been sent and to top it off, when I emailed, the comments I received back were unhelpful.
