The earrings are lovely unfortunately they are now all bent after removing the hygiene caps. My wife was not impressed. Poor start to her birthday.

I placed my order on the 25th April and it said it had been dispatched on the 27th yet i still haven’t received it

The products were fine, it was just that fact that they're not very upfront about saying Nomination charms are excluded from any promotions and weren't very interested when I tried to raise it with them. I won't buy from them again and it was only that I wanted a particular charm quickly for a birthday present that I didn't cancel the order.

Sent me someone else’s order, refused to call me (their lines were closed due to covid) took them a week to replace with nothing more than an email asking me to return the incorrect order.

I still have not received my order. Got.e-mail to say it was despatched on 20th April which i thought i would have received for my mams 70th Birthday on 25th April. Still nothing.

Item still hasn’t arrived, it was a present for a relatives birthday which has now been. Obviously there are issues with deliveries at the moment but all it says is there may be some delays. I have since found out this translates to could have to wait 14 days for delivery. I feel this should have been made more clear when ordering so I could have made informed decision not to risk ordering. I have felt their response has been quite argumentative and responsibility has been deflected away from themselves. I ordered a parcel from the Netherlands that has arrived sooner and several packages from alternative places that have been delivered by Royal Mail within 3 days so not sure why this particular package seems to have taken a week.

Wasnt too pleased when i received my order. 2 nomination charms were staple to the invoice in a small, see through, sealable bag. When i emptied the package there was 1 flatpack gift box... 1?? But i ordered 2...? So only one gets a box and not only can i give just 1 in a box it came with no nomination bags either. So i hand a present to 2 different people, 1 in a small envelope bag and the other in a see through packet?? Was never so embarressed!! Wont be getting from joshua james again.

I have not yet received my order so am unable to comment, I understand there are some delays due to covid-19 so am it making a complaint. Stay safe.
