I bought earrings advertised as birthstone earrings for Pisces for a person who has a birthday in February. When they arrived they were aquamarine - correct for Pisces but a February birthday birthstone is amethyst! I had to order a second pair of amethyst. Fortunately, I was able to use the aquamarine for myself - March birthday - but it was extremely irritating to say the least. Please check advertising material.

The charms were lovely but the handwritten gift note was spelt wrong which did taint the gift. Even though correct on the message left with the order.

There was a problem with my first order which was rectified quickly, however and this is not the sales teams fault… I bought chlo bo hoop air earrings and the backs really didn’t fit very tightly and I lost one. Very poor quality backs on beautiful and heavy earrings

The bracelet and charms are fine but how they were packaged were unsatifactory. The bracelet was thrown in the envelope and charms were in a small bag also thrown in the envelope. The velvet pouch and charm boxes were in too but the jewellery was just loose and could easily have been damaged.

I thought the dog tags would be a bit bigger, they are quite small, so I was disappointed with that. I appreciated the fast delivery and the engraved drawing was very nice.

Lovely items advertised on internet and lovely quality. Unfortunately, twice I received the wrong item that I ordered, they were the wrong colour but they still matched so I kept them.

The delivery and packaging was good but my item doesn't arrive with the authenticit certificate. I ask for it but I never received.

My Nomination Charm arrived very quickly but was damaged. Contact could only be made via email which was slow and took just over 3 weeks after which I received a replacement charm. It was very disappointing to receive the damaged charm in the first place because it was a Birthday present sent direct to the Birthday girl. I would also have preferred to speak to someone on the telephone rather than very slow emails. I also thought 3 weeks was an excessive amount of time for resolution. I had to pay return postage myself too. However I am pleased to have a resolution and a perfect charm now.

OK so ordered a necklace and got it engraved. The box was very damaged when I arrived. I dont think it happened in transit as the box slid into an outer case that was not damaged at all so the box must've been damaged before it was sent. It was a gift so doesn't look good handing a gift over when the box doesn't fully open. Was surprised to see the engraving had been done in black, this is the first time I've ever seen it done this way. The website should probably show an image of an actual engraved piece of jewellery. I probably wouldn't order again if I had've known how it would have turned out.

Although the product is very good quality, the service is not so good, if you can’t guarantee 1-2 days delivery this shouldn’t be an option I paid for 1st class delivery and it took 9 days to arrive I contacted customer Service via email but only got an automated reply via email and nothing else yes I know our post is delayed hence why I said if you know you can’t guarantee this it should not be a delivery option thanks
