Ordered a second charm from your company very disappointed that there was no bag to put charm in as when I received the first one it came with a gift bag.

I ordered 3 items from Joshua James on 06/02/2021 - 1 was a Valentine Gift. I received 2 items 4 days later The payment for all 3 items were taken from my account but I did not receive the main gift. I e-mailed JJ to tell them it was a Valentines gift but it took a further 3 e-mails before I received a e-mail to say my 3rd item had been dispatched for delivery - no apology I eventually received the gift on 16/02/2021! Very poor customer service!!! If you buying a special gift - for a special time be prepared to be disappointed - I have seen items I would like to buy from JJ but will now look else where as JJ does not care for customers

I ordered 3 charms for a special birthday present, I paid for quick delivery which I was pleased with, when the charms arrived one was not what I had ordered, I had to send the charm back this took over a week for a replacement and i had to pay the postage, I was disappointed they didn’t refund the postage or even give me a voucher for discount of my next purchase .

Product very nice, but opted for free delivery that stated guaranteed before Christmas, took 4 days to arrive after. At £80 most offer this free next day, it wasn’t even tracked very little sympathy from them or apology. Ironically after order they offered cheaper next day delivery DPD. Due to this after in last two months spending over £200 will probably go elsewhere now.

Products very good but need a tracking system on your website ordered beginning off December no date to arrive finally arrived Christmas Eve . Had the same problem before not just Christmas time .

While I am perfectly happy with my purchase from Joshua James Jewellery, I must admit to being very disappointed with your customer service. I ordered my wife's xmas present on the 4th of December thinking it should be here in time. I work for the royal mail so I appreciate how busy things have been this year and especially this xmas, with massive back logs and a substantial amount of online orders being made by one and all. Apparently my item had been dispatched, as I had received an email informing me of this on the 6th December, so I wasn't panicking. Yet having still not arrived and there being no tracking number to trace, I contacted the company on the 22nd or 23rd checking that it had definitely been sent, received an automated response and have still not received any formal response (30th December). Thankfully the jewelry arrived on the 24th. Cheers

Pleased with my order but not the delivery. I had to arrange to reschedule the pick up at Homebase as I was not at home on the first delivery attempt. On picking it up it was in an AT envelope which would easily go through my letterbox like my previous other JJ deliveries. So why was it not put through my letterbox??

I ordered a charm for myself and 2 charms for gifts . My charm and one of the gift charms were fixed together I cannot understand why they were sent like this at all, I could not separate them . A colleague at work has a tool and she managed to do it for me but she said they were very hard to separate I don’t know what I would have done without her help. This is the first time I have ordered from Joshua James and was disappointed .

I ordered 2 lots for delivery in the same day (completed order then added a couple more)within minutes of each other. 1 delivery came a couple of days later, the other was approx 8-10 days. The following day, after I had spent a decent amount of money (5 charms), the site was offering a 20% discount. Having emailed Joshua James, I did not receive a response. I have just been made unemployed so the 20% discount would have been worthy.

Can't really review the items that I bought properly as I've been unable to gift it yet. I ordered a nomination starter bracelet, a charm and a tool to let me add links to the bracelet at a future date. As I had to buy a charm as well as a starter link I expected it to come back inserted and ready to wear. It didn't. It came back as a chain of links with the chosen seperate. Easy enough, i'll join them with the tool I ordered, except the tool wasn't in the delivery. I have now missed the recipients birthday and was unable to give them their gift due to it being a string. It wouldn't have been so bad if I was notified that the tool was out of stock and wasn't going to arrive, I could have found a store that was able to link them, as my nearest store that was able to do this was badly flooded earlier in the year and hasn't yet reopened. Hopefully the tool will arrive by Christmas to allow me to gift it then.

Maybe a bit more attention to detail when processing orders. I ordered an Auntie charm and received a niece. Im still awaiting my auntie charm.
