“Sent the wrong item and didn’t offer to rectify the mistake so just got a refund.”

“I really liked the items I bought and were well recieved as a gift. My only disappointment was that the gifts didn’t show proof that it was silver plated. The gift was for someone that had allergic reactions to certain metals …. The reassurance that it would be safe is essential.”

“I ordered 2 separate items for my impending wedding from Jon Richard. Even though I received confirmation that my orders had been placed I never received either order. I was notified that the first order was no longer in stock and my money would be returned however for the 2nd order I was sent my money back and never advised that my order would not be fulfilled. I have lost all faith in Jon Richard as a company and will not purchase anything from them anything, nor will I recommend their website.”
