“I ordered 6 sets of the 3 tier pearl drop matching sets for my bridesmaids to wear for my wedding. I was over the moon with the quality of the jewellery! The bridesmaids loved them and everyone commented on how pretty they were. Delivered within 5 days Delivery updates avaliable throughout. “I have reached out to this company twice in relation to an order. I have tried via their “contact us” form and it has been ignored. And by email. I wanted to return my entire order as per my statutory rights. I brought a set of jewellery costing me £70+, where unfortunately it has come up rather smaller than expected. The bracelet looks ridiculous on the extender and likewise for the necklace as the line of clovers then do not sit right on the neckline. To complete the set I bought some earring, but I have no use for these earrings when everything else is useless! I have read their t&c’s and I do not agree with them at all and requested they take these earrings back and outlined the reasons why… Firstly, these earring have not been opened, as per YOUR instruction on the earrings. Where it states: “PLEASE NOTE once this bag has been opened pierced earrings can not be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reason”. I sent them a picture which showed these earrings are STILL SEALED, THUS NEVER WORN and according to your packaging label I was allowed to return. Secondly, their t&cs state you will only accept returns if the earrings are damaged. But to see if they are damaged that would require breaking the seal, something I was not willing to do as it would mean I could not return the earrings due to hygiene reasons. This kind of felt like you were being set up into bit of a trap here. As per their earring sealed packaging and the mere fact it can be seen this packaging is intact. I wanted to return this order in it entirety. They have failed to respond so I have just returned the entire order and informed Klarna of the issue and sending them my evidence. I do not want this jewellery, I would not recommend this company to anyone! The customer service is shocking! And there packaging and t&cs are contradictory. They do not have a leg to stand on. I am happy to go to small claims court to get my money back if need be with damages. I am sick of companies like this who treat customers like this. The jewellery does not seem to also warrant the price tag attached to it. It comes up small. I really would suggest customers avoid this store and save your money!”

“The bracelet catch is very hard to undo and then extremely difficult to then do up on wrist, so im unable to wear it. Even my friend cant do it up on my wrist. Id like to return it if possible?”

“I have purchased quite a few pairs of clip on earrings as they are one of the few companies who sell them today but mainly because they have such lovely well designed products. I have also bought many other items for presents and never been disappointed. The crackers are a stocking filler”
