“Very Disappointed with my order hence I returned it. I purchased what I thought was a set of turquoise stone jewellery however when it arrived the stone was some form of resin. Not yet had any acknowledgement of my return.”

“I have left multiple emails and messages regarding my recent order delivery of two Clover bracelets. The mother pearl bracelet came missing one of the stones. Frankly, I don’t know how it could’ve been packed that way without someone doing the quality control Check. But in any regard, no one has responded to rectify this.”
