“I never got notified about the shipping process or when it got delivered. The postman left it outside the house which I never verified and when I reached out to Jon Richard to ask for the product to be resent or at least refunded, I never got a response.”

“This is a xmas present for my daughter but all looks OK bit annoyed that royal mail left it in a wet recycling box so whole package was wet luckily the contents and gift box was salvaged”

“Ordered 2 toggle bracelets as gifts which stated it the description that they came with a gift box. The items were received in a small plastic bag. Emailed twice to request the gift boxes be issued as stated, but have had no response from this company. Will not buy again.”

“Sadly not all of my order was received, the earrings were missing from my delivery and still waiting on replacement. Such a shame as the event I wanted earrings for has now been and gone, and no clarity as to when they will be delivered.”
