“I got a beautiful pair of earrings from my sister in the uk (I’m in Australia) from Jon Richard for Christmas Unfortunately I lost the hearts due to a faulty catch on the hoops I thought I would let customer services know and they asked me to send photos which I did Today I received a brand new pair and I’m over the moon . Originally they sent me a royal mail returns form but when I explained I was in Australia they just replaced them . 10/10 service and one happy customer Well Done staff at Jon Richard .”
