Hi I have always shopped at jon Richard's but the last time i ordered a pair of earrings when the item turned up all the box was damaged and earrings bent in half really not happy

I ordered jewellery but unfortunately the rings were too big, so I returned them immediately but to date have not received a refund!

We bought a gorgeous wooden table in grey. After 8 months the table wore out? Paint was coming off! I tried to get a representative to fix it. No one would come? I bought a few items at high prices and all the diamonds and jewels fell out of most of my items within one day of wearing Them. I don’t recommend as everything had fell out.

Dissapointed with necklace the photo showed it was much larger than it was I'd one previously from simp,y silver and quality was better and the same original cost won't trust online again

Cant review an item that hasn’t arrived, cannot get hold of anyone on phone and no replies to emails sent! Was meant for a present for my daughters 13th birthday so not happy at all!

Sterling silver polished heart beaded stretch bracelet: Bought recently and first time worn the polish was coming off the heart and the band on the bracelet. So disappointed and trying to sort out return as went through Debenhams to buy this item.

I ordered a two tone necklace and bracelet to match. When I received them I was extremely disappointed. They looked nothing like in the pictures. They looked cheap and the gold was so faded I had a hard time making it out to be gold! I returned them via Hermes parcel drip off almost 2 weeks ago. Still haven't heard anything back from Jon Richards.

Disappointed with this purchase as the a lot of the outer links on the mesh bracket how snapped and stick up parallel to the bracelet - thus the bracelet gets caught on clothing and scratches your wrist. Would not recommend as the links/interlocking chains seem weak

My neckless is beautiful but not impressed with the quality I was taking it off the other day and it completely snapped in my hand I have managed to nip the link back together for now but it shouldnt do this I've had it only 1 week. I messaged customer services about this who asked me to send a picture but I have nipped it back together now so pointless sending a picture as it looks whole again. But it keeps snapping now and again when taking on and off would expect more for a Β£60 necklace its disappointing

Still awaiting a refund from on line purchase which was sent back beginning of January,will never use this company again !!!!! Sent many emails ,with replays of we will look into it !!!!
