Pearl pendants intended for gifts for my bridesmaids arrived shoved in plastic bags - unprotected, scratched and gouged by the chain they were on. Such lazy, careless packaging is unforgivable considering they were sent in the same envelope as the gift boxes I’d ordered to that would have protected them. When I complained I was told any replacement would be sent in the same careless packaging due to ‘costs’. I’d expect a professional jeweller to know how to protect pearls in transit and spend five seconds wrapping it in tissue paper or actually putting it in the gift boxes that the customer orders, but the company doesn’t care. Unless you want to give or receive damaged goods, steer clear.

The catch on the necklace came open, (it was hard to fasten as well), and I lost the pendant the first time I wore it.

The end fell off when I tried to put it on for the first time. I will super glue it as I like it and don’t want to send back. But was unable to wear it for the wedding I bought it for. Thankfully I had a back up necklace

Wrong product sent, so missed out on gift for a friend, i am really disappointed, i was sold a product that was out of stock, so took my money then expected me to go through hassle of returning the product I didn't want. no compensation offered. In the end I kept the product which will sit in a cupboard doing nothing:( a waste of my time and money.

I bought jewellery and was charged £3.58 VAT, as I live in Jersey we do not pay UK VAT. I emailed your customer services and they sent me an email on 20th May stating it would take 4 days to check it out and they would get back to me, but no one has.

Very disappointed sent me wrong product and I asked for right product as needed it by Sunday they said send 1st class took 4 days to receive not one bit satisfied can't even speak to anyone

My order was received completely smashed and on poor condition! Had to return it for a refund and I ended up having no gift for my friend!! Definitely not going to order ever again!!
