Order confirmed. Money taken. No goods ever received. Taken an age to get a refund. Would not recommend you to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

0 out of 5. Order no. #1698091. 5 items ordered on the 29th Nov, queried delevery prior to Xmas told only two now in stock. They would send free gift boxes with these two items due to inconvenience caused. Items still not received on the 27th Dec. Still waiting refunds. Communication discraceful. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend to friends and clients.

Item arrived packaging got wet and box was damaged. There was no Alan Hannah box for the tiara. Wrapped in just bubble wrap. Item was not damaged thakfully.

Jewellery arrived! Hermes delivery delayed. Inadequately packaged so all earrings very badly chipped and posts squashed. Customer Services was helpful. Will not use again and cannot recommend.

I ordered a set from this website waited a week to be told my parcel was damaged beyond repair, then got told i would receive another replacement waited a week again, had no confirmation email nothing so decided at this point i wanted a refund to go to a more reliable dealer. Still waiting to get my money back, customer service was good from what i had experienced but that is all.

Paid money up front plus extra for next day delivery to have this beautiful jewellery to wear for my nephew’s wedding day but it was ‘lost‘ in transit even though I tracked my order and it said it was delivered! Very disappointed, felt let down and disheartened even though I was given a full refund!

So initially I ordered two rings through the Debenhams website and both were sent out in the wrong size. Couldn’t do an exchange as they don’t have the size I want. So had to refund and reorder. This time I decided to reorder directly with Jon Richard which was on the 22/09/2019 and now it’s 6/10/2019 and I still haven’t received anything!

The Tiara is amazing. But the quality of service is very poor. As i have ordered a necklace and then the box for it. The box has arrived and missing chain just was like a fact. Nobody has informed me I wanted to review my order then. Consequently, I never needed that box without the necklace.

Sent me a empty box! I sent a email with photos showing it empty and that it hadn’t been opened. They didn’t respond! Call center only open till 4 so if you work past that time can’t call them and emails clearly get ignored. Will never use again and never recommend

Arrived late & damaged so sending back. Was due to be collected from a safe place today as instructed & it hasn’t been. My neighbour saw the courier who didn’t speak very good English & he failed to understand the instructions. Very disappointed on every level.
