Bracelet was bought as a gift. It was lovely but arrived just in plastic bag. I assumed it would come with a box or jewellery pouch as at no time during checkout did it ask would I like a box/pouch or even a gift receipt. I know now that you have to pay extra which I would have if I had known at the time.

Lovely bracelet but I bought it as a special gift for my friends 50th. It came in a little plastic bag which made it look cheap. Wish they had said you need to buy a gift box/bag which I would have if I had known especially as no shops open due to Covid to go and buy a gift box at such short notice.

Hello, sorry to hear you are disappointed. Items will only be dispatched in a gift box if the product is depicted in a box and /or the product description specifies a gift box is included. Additional gift boxes can be added to an order for an additional £1-£4. Hope this helps, Jon Richard.

Really beautiful quality bracelet that arrived very quickly. Disappointed to find after opening the delivery box, that it was in a plastic bag that was then wrapped in bubble wrap. Even a small pouch would have made all the difference. It was a Christmas gift, so this meant I had to look for a better way to present it.

Nice bracelet, but doesn’t look like much when it comes in a plastic bag. Expected a nice box with it.

The jewellery items were fantastic. Efficient postage but for a £40 necklace I expected it to come in more than a tiny zip loc bag. Very disappointing.

Could have come better packaged. Came in a plastic wrapping rather than a box. So it seemed more like market jewellery than a presentable piece.

Ordered 3 items the earrings and necklace were as expected from pictures very nice . Set of 3 earrings were very disappointing extremely small which was not shown on pictures far too small for me to use .

We ordered a ring set but ordered the wrong size. I texted them to find out the procedure for a return of the items for a size larger. That was nearly 3 weeks ago and as yet, no answer. Other than that, the product was nice and it arrived quickly. Shame about after sales.

The earrings are good quality and I like them but they are far bigger than I thought they'd be. I was hoping for every day earrings but they are definitely going out earrings. It would help if the earrings were on a model to get an idea of size.

Although the jewellery is very nice and there is nothing wrong with it the packaging of the product was quite poor! This is due to the fact that it came in a small plastic sealed bag in a card bored box. There was no box to wrap the jewellery up nice with and keep it secure and the fact that it was a gift and have therefore had to go out and buy a large box for the necklace and earrings to go in is also poor.
