“Ordering on website was straightforward and the tennis bracelet was delivered within a few days. Unfortunately there was a fault in the bracelet so I am having to return.”

“Product is lovely! Grand like ! For a wedding earing . Good quality 15 euro customs tho had be paid on 30 euro product Not worth it !”

“I loved the 2 x jewellery sets - perfect and as the picture showed. Will get a lot of wear from both of them, neat and very pretty. Was bitterly disappointed in the flower earrings - no size was shown and I had no idea they were huge and totally unwearable. Quite frankly they would look ridiculous and especially for pierced ears. They were only £5 so I have written this off as a bad purchase, not opened or touched, just put in a drawer - will be very careful though again as I really had no idea from the picture/ description.”

“Beautiful earrings. But I won’t be ordering from a UK based site again. A 10 eur customs charge was placed on my package (being delivered to Ireland!) and there were delays in delivery.”

“Happy with the jewellery however you let yourself down with the packaging. When I received the set it was all bundled up in the corner or the box, the boxes you use to display the items are not nice they don't sell your company well at all and for something I am gifting to my daughter I am disappointed in the presentation quality.”

“Ordered bracelet on express delivery and it was broken on opening. Contacted Customer Services who would have sent out replacement only bracelet was now out of stock. By the time this info was received it was too late to choose a substitute. I purchased from a competitor in time for Christmas. I received a refund and the broken bracelet will be posted shortly.”

“Lovely necklace, great quality and presentable box BUT I wouldn't order again from Jon Richard because the delivery was very slow (over a week) and I didn't receive a dispatch email so I had to go through the hassle of contacting them to chase it all up.”

“It's a very pretty brooch which I originally purchased a couple of years ago at Debenhams and thought I would buy one for my grandmother. However it arrived and looked very dull and as though it had been stored somewhere very cold and damp. Polished it up and it looks ok. But I won't be ordering from Jon Richard again. It should have arrived gleaming and a pleasure to open at £20 for a Christmas brooch.”
