“Can’t really complain for the price but the bracelets are not up to the same standard as a previous purchase from instore, the gold plating has been scratched in numerous places on 2 of the 3 bracelets”

“Earrings arrived in good time. Nice size, shape and colour. Unfortunately the back of one of the earrings was bent and although I managed to straighten it out I am not sure how long it will last. Good service overall though”

“The jewellery items were bought as presents. I thought I ordered 2 gift boxes and when I realised my mistake, I called within a few minutes to get another one. I was told I would. Unfortunately I only received one. Then I had to find something to put one in. Hence 3 stars”

“I absolutely love the earrings I purchased and the arrival time and packaging was perfect but unfortunately the earrings are too heavy for my ears and I had to take them out after 5minutes. The design is beautiful but perhaps less heavy material is needed in some of your products.”
