“We ordered a ring set but ordered the wrong size. I texted them to find out the procedure for a return of the items for a size larger. That was nearly 3 weeks ago and as yet, no answer. Other than that, the product was nice and it arrived quickly. Shame about after sales.”

“The earrings are good quality and I like them but they are far bigger than I thought they'd be. I was hoping for every day earrings but they are definitely going out earrings. It would help if the earrings were on a model to get an idea of size.”

“Although the jewellery is very nice and there is nothing wrong with it the packaging of the product was quite poor! This is due to the fact that it came in a small plastic sealed bag in a card bored box. There was no box to wrap the jewellery up nice with and keep it secure and the fact that it was a gift and have therefore had to go out and buy a large box for the necklace and earrings to go in is also poor.”

“I ordered two sets for my now on hold wedding, on receiving them both sealed very securely one had a broken bracelet. It was so disheartening to see this had been sent defaulted, I contacted customer services and was put through to Tracy, this lady is an absolute credit to your company she calmed me down, reassured me that ever with the earrings being present she would send me a new set, which I received less than 24 hours later all the way in Northern Ireland. Beautiful quality when not broke and definitely worth the price.”

“Very disappointed. The box was very damaged, luckily item inside was ok. Needed this as a Christmas gift to send to USA Did not have time to exchange as to close to Christmas. Email Jon Richard but did not get a reply. Very poor service.”

“the colour of the stones in picture on website looked much more colourful than they actually are so not completely happy with purchase. I did buy at sale price so not worth cost of returning.”

“They failed to tell me my order had been lost after one day. I had to phone them 10 days later as I was wondering where it was as I had 3day postage for them to tell me it was lost after 1 day of ordering. A new set were sent next day but the earring back on one of the earrings didn’t grip on. So I had to ask for them to send me some new ones and they sent the wrong earring backs which didn’t fit. In the end I went to a shopping centre and they gave the right ones. Wasn’t overly happy with this whole purchase but the earrings are pretty.”

“the back prongs of both earrings came bent which causes one of the stoppers to twists into my earlobe, which is painful. Also, the arms of the stars are rather sharp which is uncomfortable.”

“The actual contents were beautiful, however I was disappointed as the box it came in, was completely damaged and ripped and it was slightly embarrassing as I had ordered it to gift to someone and the box made it seem like I had it stored somewhere for a long time.”

“Lovely item, but didn't come with a box. I did later check that it says this online (which it does), but still puts me off from purchasing from here again if the jewellery doesn't come boxed up.”
