“The jewellery itself is lovely. However, it stated that the items came gift boxed. That wasn’t the case. They came in a clear plastic bag.”

“Although the bracelet was very pretty I was so disappointed in the presentation, this was a special present and certainly wasn’t cheap and just arrived in a pouch and bubble wrap, no box, no description of the stones, a big let down sadly!”

“Nice earrings but I was disappointed that I couldn’t add on a gift box. They arrived on something that hangs in a shop, not great for nice silver jewellery either for yourself or a gift.”

“I ordered Jon Richard Rose Gold Plated And Lavender Stone Toggle Bracelet, and when I opened the box, one of the lavender stone already fell off, so I had to glue it. Not very happy with this.”

“Product was very good however the delivery for my purchase toook soo long I was getting annoyed and I thought they lost it in the delivery process it came one week late despite paying £5 for delivery please work on this other than that happy with my purchase”

“Beautiful jewellery. Poor customer service. I purchased a necklace as well as earrings and bracelet for a present. The necklace should have been £100 but purchased at £80. The gift box was too small and fell apart on opening. I did email over a week ago and to date have received no response.”

“Lovely set looks more expensive than this the only issue is the clasp on the necklace it’s very very hard to do up as the little catch to open the end fixing is very very small not easy to do up at all”

“On arrival I was really happy with what I recieved I ordered a pair of earrings for myself and a earring and necklace set for a friend's birthday. I've been wearing the earrings for a week leaving them in as they are sterling silver. However I took them out yesterday and they are rusty which is really sad and only noticed this taking them out so if I have left them in this could of been a infection waiting to happen. So I'm now wondering if they are Sterling silver as I've never ever had issues like that before . Bit disappointed :( I'm now also concerned about the one I gifted to a friend”

“There was no communication to acknowledge receipt of my returned item. The only reason I knew it had been refunded was by checking on my credit card account . A short email to acknowledge the refund would have been appreciated.”
