“Long delivery . Was very disappointed to receive the earrings in bubble wrap in a tatty box . Had to find a nice box to put them in as they were a gift . 😒”

“Service - excellent, kept informed, delivery arrived on time. Stars lost as 1. A pre-purchase query I sent about the item was not responded to; 2. Low quality product; 3. The necklace length gave short aswell as longer with extender chain. The item arrived with no extender chain so the necklace is no use to me unless I purchase an extender chain from a different supplier. I would only recommend as children's jewellery. I would not recommend for adults.”

“My daughter in law loved her necklace, but I was shocked when it arrived, just in bubble wrap and no box! A box would have been lovely l, it was £30 and for that price it was expected. I probably wouldn’t order again due to this fact!”

“Lovely products, shame about customer service. Sent emails requesting help because needed to know which size box to order because some items did not include them but received no reply. No way to contact you. Phones were not answered either so may not use again.”

“Although the bracelet was very pretty I was so disappointed in the presentation, this was a special present and certainly wasn’t cheap and just arrived in a pouch and bubble wrap, no box, no description of the stones, a big let down sadly!”

“I ordered Jon Richard Rose Gold Plated And Lavender Stone Toggle Bracelet, and when I opened the box, one of the lavender stone already fell off, so I had to glue it. Not very happy with this.”

“Product was very good however the delivery for my purchase toook soo long I was getting annoyed and I thought they lost it in the delivery process it came one week late despite paying £5 for delivery please work on this other than that happy with my purchase”
