I’m so pleased with the bracelet I bought for a friend’s birthday. It’s very pretty, well made and arrived quickly! Will definitely buy from here again.

I bought several pieces and they are all beautiful. My only comment would be that they don’t all come in a gift box which I didn’t realise. I raised a query regarding this and got excellent service advising where to source them on your website, I even got a refund on the postage which was not expected but a very nice gesture. I personally would prefer to pay extra and have them boxed. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Good afternoon, I was bought a Jon Richard silver plated classic navette pear bracelet as a Christmas gift, this was unsuitable and after conversations with Michele I was advised to return the bracelet and I would receive an e wallet refund I returned the bracelet which was signed for on 05/01/21 but I have not received any refund I have emailed many times I have tried to call I have even messaged on face book all have been ignored I am not asking for the impossible I just want my refund and to ignore will not make the issue go away I have a copy of the signature which signed for my return, I obtained this from Royal Mail I give you a dead line of 29/01/21 to return my item or honour my refund Regards Carol falconer

Amazing, absolutely loved the items I purchased for such affordable price but gave a luxurious feel. The products came very quickly. Customer service is amazing as they get back to you very quickly to sort out any problems or questions i had. Honestly best experience ive had when shopping online. Will definitely come back to shop again.

Purchased 4 rose gold halo jewellery sets for gifts for my bridesmaids. Very happy with them, exactly what I was looking for. When they arrived one of the boxes was damaged. I emailed customer services and had a replacement box within 3 days. Customer service was excellent.

Completely rubbish service! I ordered my mum a necklace from here for her birthday. The item i ordered went out of stock and they didn’t bother to let me know and sent me the wrong item(another nexklace). The necklace looked no where near to similar to the original necklace i ordered. The wrong item came in the worst packaging ever - there was dust all over the gift box and the necklace didn’t even fit inside the box. The price on the wrong necklace was £3 more than the one i ordered yet it felt so cheap and flimsy, like it would break any minute. Worse thing is, it was 2 days before my mums birthday so I couldn’t even return it. Will not be ordering from here ever again!

My mother bought me a beautiful rose gold and diamanté necklace with pink ribbon for my birthday approx. 18 months ago. I have worn it just two times and kept it carefully in a little box. My mother has recently died and I took it out of the box to look at it and was shocked to see how shabby it looked! The pink ribbon is loosing it's colour. The metal "rose gold" has tarnished and looks horrible. This wasn't a cheap one. Very sad and disappointed about it. 😔

Lovely bracelet but I bought it as a special gift for my friends 50th. It came in a little plastic bag which made it look cheap. Wish they had said you need to buy a gift box/bag which I would have if I had known especially as no shops open due to Covid to go and buy a gift box at such short notice.

Hello, sorry to hear you are disappointed. Items will only be dispatched in a gift box if the product is depicted in a box and /or the product description specifies a gift box is included. Additional gift boxes can be added to an order for an additional £1-£4. Hope this helps, Jon Richard.
