“The necklace is beautiful and I am really pleased with it. The delivery was absolutely fine and arrived quickly. The only problem I experienced is the blue box that the necklace came in was completely broken. This must have happened during the delivery process. As the piece of jewelry was a special piece I really would have liked the box to offset the piece and keep safe. I thought the box would have been especially nice. Due to how broken it was I unfortunately threw it away. I would like to order another piece but am slightly unsure due to this experience.”

“The web site is easy to use and the descriptions are clear. The sizes are useful, especially when you are buying gifts. On this occasion I wanted to buy chandelier earrings so size info was essential. The recipient of the gift was very happy with the earrings so the choices available on line were just right. I have purchased through this website before, so that says it all”

“The image in the advertising didn't match what was provided apart from the bracelet pendent. Bracelet its self is made with stretchable plastic which is really thin and surrounded by metal that looks cheap. Dissapointed it was delivered in a self sealed plastic bag wrapped in bubble wrap. No gift box etc. Only paid £22 for bracelet but did expect it to come in some sort of box. Was quick delivery and regularly updated with progress of delivery however the quality of product and presentation has put me off buying anything in the future.”
