“I was happy with the bridal head piece that I recently purchased it was exactly as I saw in the picture and was very pretty, just what I was looking for but was disappointed that it did not come in what I would consider appropriate packaging, as it is for a special occasion you would think it would at least come in a box to keep it safe before/after the big day instead of a plastic bag inside the delivery packaging. It might sound silly but that’s my opinion.”

“Delighted with product absolutely fab. But one of the presentation boxes is damaged. They are bridesmaids gifts.”

“Ordered 5 items but had to return 3, but the 2 I kept were lovely. 1 bracelet was broken, I bracelet too small for an adults wrist and the lovely pendant had a chain completely knotted. I would order in the future though.”

“Loved the jewellery. However on arrival one of the stones were missing on one of the earings. As I needed these for a works Christmas party it was too late to return so fortunately my hair covered the missing gem. Otherwise they all looked great.”

“Package came poorly wrapped and earrings where not protected which meant the backs on them had bent and had to bend them back into shape. Not very helpful customer service.”

“Bracelet was beautifull but I was disappointed in the packaging. Would think that all items would come in some form of gift box but it arrived in a small plastic bag. As I brought this as a gift I then had to try and package it to look pretty”

“I ordered three hair combs, upon arrival one of them had some of the jewels missing and loose in the bag. They had obviously come unstuck which is a shame. The hair combs were bwautoful other than that, but I am still returning them as they are not what I'm looking for after seeing them in real life.”

“I ordered two bracelets recently because I couldn't decide which I liked better to wear for my wedding. One is so delicate and sparkly it is perfect I love it. The other if i didnt want it was going to go to my mum but on closer inspection three diamonte squares were missing so I was very dissapointed but had thrown away the packaging. It was in the sale so wasn't really worth sending back myself but the squares missing wernt in the bag it came in so I think quality control need to inspect the pieces with more vigilance before sending.”
