“The earrings that I bought easily look 10x their price - I love them and they're perfect for the wedding! The necklace that I bought is fine but not quite to the same standard and looks a bit plasticy. Order came quickly and obviously the price point is ideal! The only think I would say is the packaging isn't the best, the necklace was just wrapped in tissue paper, no box - just something to bear in mind!”

“Happy with the product. Poor customer service and communication. I returned some items no emails to say it had been received, did not know status until money appeared back in bank account. I sent a query online and did not get a reply.”

“I was pleased with my purchase and the speed of delivery. However I was disappointed that it did but come in a box or any kind of packaging - just wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap. I had spent over £100 pounds on three items for my wedding. Two being for bridesmaids so we will have no way of protecting them now other than buying a box ourselves. Had I been able to purchase the items on the day at the stall I would have got to walk away with a box. It was also advertised that I would get a free item with my purchase which I did not receive.”

“Item was on reasonable quality in respect of the price paid and delivery was swift. Unfortunately the item arrived damaged and was unable to be worn/used for the function it was purchased for.”

“I found the present I needed and on delivery they were just what I wanted. Would have given a higher rating if it wasn't for the fact both sets of earrings arrived in plastic sample bags. I now still have to shop for boxes to give them in!”

“Bought a sterling silver and cubic zirconia bracelet. Delivery time was excellent. A little disappointed in the bracelet, the stones were smaller than expected and it said it had a two inch extender which it has not. Also would have exptected it to be in a nice box, but arrived in a plastic bag and bubble wrap and as it is for a present will have to look for a box,”

“Prompt delivery. Not happy with the packaging especially as it is for a gift for my mother's birthday. Chain is marked where it has been folded into a plastic bag. Hopefully will straighten when worn or I will return it.”

“In the past I have been very disappointed with the quality of items I have purchased (broken items, missing items, items I didn't order but were also broken) however customer service is excellent and sorts this quickly. On this occasion I bought only the one item, a tiara for my maid of honour and it came all in one piece first time! Fair for the sale prices however poor quality for items not in the sale.”

“The jewellery is nice, but I have noticed over the years the pieces are getting flimsier every year. The heart shaped mirrors again are nice but quite light with no substance to them.”

“Extremely impressed with next day delivery, even tho I had standard. Love the very sparkly gifts for my Bridesmaids & Flowergirl, a disappointed that my Bridal jewellery isnt very sparkly, but love the design. Love my tiara, super sparkly, but it was on the big side, so it will be carefully adjusted. The weight of it was light. I have tried heavier tiaras on which were less expensive, but the design is perfect. Glad I had these items in a flash sale, though I still paid £127 for what really is costume jewellery. Bridal jewellery came in little cellophane bags, not even in a box. Disappointed with that. Bridal jewellery is meant to be special.”

“The earrings I purchased were not expensive, and there was a statement saying they were non returnable, however, the clasp is near impossible to close. I've learnt my lesson - don't buy earrings online!”

“I ordered a necklace and matching earings quick looked lovely in the picture but when received were a lot smaller and chain too fine for me. It would be more helpful if the jewellery was shown on the web page worn by a person, helpful to judge size. I have now returned them both and going to debenhams to choose another set. Quality of the pieces were very good just too small.”

“Haven't checked them yet properly yet but I not impressed that they arrived in Plastic bags for the money paid for these. This does not allow for them to be stored safely before and after use.”
