“I received my necklace and it was broken and tangled. I have emailed and sent pictures of the necklace and have had no reply, so very bad customer service. Will never use this company again. I wouldn’t have given 1 star if I had the choice.”

“Ordered on 18th May,,still not received. Have contacted customer services, been told i need to leave it 10 working days before it's classed as lost. Which is tomorrow. Not sure what happens from there, as wasnt given further information. Only to contact again tomorrow.”
