“Appalling service - charged my card, never delivered item and customer service doesn’t reply to emails (phone line is a joke as there is nobody to pick up). And then the cheek to ask for a review…it would be more appreciated if you could get in touch to process my refund instead. Please avoid this company / they should t be allowed to operate at all based on my experience (and many others - check the reviews on trust pilot)”

We aim to respond within our stated timeframe and resolve this for you. refunds are always given for items with stock discrepancies or valid returned orders. we do not keep payments. please note refunds do take a further 3-5 days to show up in your bank account since being processed. As a reminder, we do not operate a telephone line. Our team responds to all enquiries via email only. “This set was very small compared to the photos online. Not worth the money and couldn’t return them as they don’t let you return ear rings. Not what was advertised. Not happy at all. Wouldn’t buy from this website again.”

“I received these three items which I was pleased with but they were very poorly presented, no boxes just in a cellophane package. I wasn’t offered an option to purchase boxes at the time of ordering so presumed they would be adaquately presented in a box. I contacted them twice about this issue but still haven’t received a reply,a therefore I won’t be ordering again as I think after sales service should be a priority. Disappointed.”
