“I ordered a few earrings from Jon Ricard that were on sale a few weeks ago. One of the earrings was defective. I contacted their customer service and sent some pictures. They were very quick to respond to my emails and they immediately offered me a replacement. Very happy with my experience and the quality of the items I ordered.”
