“Never received my order. No tracking image to locate parcel. Jon Richard customer service hasn’t helped so far. Will update soon. If they send my product or refund, I will be forced to do a bank chargeback.”

“First time to use Jon Richards. What a company! I ordered Wednesday paid extra for priority delivery, arrived less than 24hrs later, and in December too! Delighted with my Fascinator,just perfect. Would definitely recommend and will be using again myself in the future. Thank you JR”

“Pictures are so deceiving! These earrings were purchased as a Christmas present for my granddaughter, no way could I give them to her, they’re not much bigger than a match head and you can’t return earrings”
