“Loved the snowflake broach I bought as a gift but the bangle was awful. The plastic ring attaching the tag had cut into jewellery and displaced the gems that were obviously glued in place. It also had a really strong horrible glue smell to it. Needless to say this has been returned. It’s strange how inconsistent I found the products. I was planning on purchasing more items for my wedding jewellery but now I’m not sure if I’ll take the risk when the items would be for my big day!”

“Awful service! Ordered earrings which were bent on arrival since packed in a bag with a bit of bubble wrap. Common sense would be to put in box! To add, emailed for advice and sent a couple of pics and nearly week later still no response! Sent back and now waiting to see if they will refund me in a timely manner at least but not hopeful!”
