“Lovely jewellery. A couple of items did not match the colour of stones as shown in pics but I guess that's one of the issues with online shopping.”

“Very poor the links were smaller than I expected For a £40/50 bracelet the packaging was very poor bubble wrap packet and then posted in a plain brown box.”

“Previous orders Received damaged necklace which I had to return, last order received necklace that didn’t match the picture which I am to return on Monday and the one thing that is not right is everytime you order the 10 % discount pops up but cannot apply. It looks like it’s something to trick customers. I emailed twice with the screenshot but still not replied. Previously when I reported they did refund me the discount but not this time on my last order. Hopefully they will reply soon”
