Quite nice, very small initial but OK for the price. Disappointing that it came in bubble wrap only. No gift box, which is a bit tight.

Hi, thank you for your recent review. To be as kind to the planet as possible, your jewellery may not come in a gift box, unless specified. You can purchase one separately here - https://www.jonrichard.com/gifts-c24/gift-box-c170 All jewellery will however be in protective packaging to keep it safe from harm. Hi the jewellery I received is lovely but I am still awaiting a pair of stud earrings which seem to have been forgotten- are they coming soon please? I can’t complete the rest of this form as the delivery is incomplete

My 1st experience of Jon Richards. Very pleased with my dealings so far. Items came well packaged and super qulck. The items looked of a good quality. Additional boxes and pouches really make the gifts. However that came as an additional cost. Would of been nice if the pouch was included with your purchase. To early to say how the gifts will be received.

Ear-rings not received - refund given but no notification that they were not coming! Still sent a huge gift box which would not have been appropriate for the ear-rings anyway which I still have been charged for. Also ordered two rings which did come in little plastic bags - ordered the gift boxes for these too but the boxes sent are again not appropriate for rings and again I've been charged for the boxes. If you are offering gift boxes please can you send appropriate ones for the items and if the item is not coming please refund the gift box for it too.

Ordered 2 identical tennis bracelets but only one arrived. It turns out they only had one in stock but I had to enquire to find this out Had I not enquired I would have been waiting for a gift that would not have arrived,

Order put in for 3 items 1 delivered the other 2 where out of stock only found this out when 1 item was delivered and received refund for the other 2 why let me order when no stock

Wanted to buy my mother who has sight and dexterity problems large button pearl earrings that were not too expensive (she loses things quickly) but could not find anything suitable. Found exactly what I wanted with Jon Richards.

I bought a bracelet for my partner and had a bit of a problem. I won’t go into details, but the resolution of the issue constituted perhaps THE best customer service I have experienced, in all regards. Truly exemplary.
