“I ordered a bracelet and the 6 days later I received an email confirming a refund with out any other correspondence at all extremely poor customer service would never order from these again”

“Loved the jewellery but was a bit disappointed with how they were shipped. Admittedly I didn't pay extra for the gift box as they were for myself but I did expect them to come in some sort of box, rather than 2 small plastic bags which meant I had to untangle the necklace when it arrived.”

“I love Jon Richard jewellery, their prices on this website are so competitive to other outlets. The products I bought recently are from the SALE section. I am so pleased with each item. The delivery is quick and on only one occasion I had to return one necklace. It was processed through the post and I got my refund very quickly. “I was given a pair of Jon Richards Emerald green pear drop earrings as a birthday present , so I went online to see if I could find a matching necklace. How delighted I was to find an identical Jon Richards Emerald green pear pendant in a 6 inch gold-plated zirconia collar necklace. I ordered it on the 17th October and it arrived 3 days later! I do have a small reservation. I hope the necklace made up of flexible segments will not snap when worn.”
