“I thought this bracelet was very pretty in the picture but it wasn't as nice in the flesh. It was also too small for the person I had bought it for. Sadly I had to send it back and find another gift to give my friend”

“I ordered a pearl necklace and matching bracelet. They are excellent quality and I love the magnetic clasp. I also ordered a blue heart shaped handbag mirror. It is a really beautiful gift. Very pleased all round plus speedy delivery”

“Majority of my jewellery is from Jon Richard who I have been buying from for at least 10 years. Most of them are costume jewellery though I do have a few silver items and great accessory kits like necklace extenders and earring backs I buy online now as there are no longer department stores that stock their jewellery in my area ( I have moved) Quality of the products are excellent and many of the styles are innovative and at times unusual which is what I like Apart from one item that disappointed me 99.9% I was very happy with and their customer service is also very helpful and courteous which sadly is rare among retailers these days I always wait for their sales as you get excellent bargains which allow you to buy more at the reduced prices which I can better afford especially during these hard times Am looking forward to buying some hair accessories for my daughter’ for her pending wedding as they have some exquisite pieces All in all excellent well made jewellery that I would highly recommend”

“Although I returned my original order the jewellery was lovely ( just not what I needed) retuning itwms was so straight forward and so quick , 4 days from posting back yo having money refunded, and2 of those days were over the weekend !!”

“Absolutely beautiful hair piece I used for my wedding. Easy to clip in and take out, it stayed in place all day and felt lightweight. It was the perfect size to fit in around my hairstyle, and complimented other accessories I used.”
