“I only had my tennis bracelet for just over a week and it snapped. Because I ordered it through my Blue Light card , I work for the nhs, it made it almost impossible to deal with a refund. So unfortunately I now have a broken bracelet and I am out of pocket financially.”

“I have ordered range of jewelleries from JohnRichard as I always love their products. I use to buy them from the shop. First time i have ordered from online. Unfortunately some item did not fit and i had to send them back for a refund. I am still waiting for a refund. However the quality of the Jewellery is always good. Hope to buy again in future.”

You will be notified via email when we have processed the refund. “Arrived promptly. Packaged just in plastic bag. Quality good. The necklace I bought doesn't lie flat so think I will be constantly checking if it's twisted . The earrings are lovely.”

To be as kind to the planet as possible, your jewellery may not come in a gift box, unless specified. All jewellery will however be in protective packaging to keep it safe from harm. “Verry happy with everything I bought. Recommend and would buy from Jon Richard again. I gave only 4* as tje earrings I bought were nothing like the picture. They were in the sale so did not bother returning.”
