“Carla’s customer service was incredible. I hope this is fed back to her. Really amazing. As for the items, great quality for pricing. I think it’s a varied range across mood, simply silver and Jon Richard and has become my go to for gifts and myself. Something for everyone. Have to say though, if customer service was bad I am the sort of person who would go elsewhere so on the one item I ever had an issue with, a faulty lapis locket, the service was sooooo good it absolutely gave your company brand loyalty. I will 100% keep shopping with you. One thought. You should consider clearpay. Most of my friends have stopped shopping with klarna but all use clearpay. Might broaden your sales base. Other than that. All good 👍🏻”

“Looking for matching 3 piece jewellery set earrings, necklace & bracelets. Seen this online. Delivery was quick. Came in a lovely box which I did not think would be included as said box not included. When visiting NEXT noticed they stocked Jon Richard jewellery. Felt this was must better quality and value compared to the store. Overall really pleased with the quality and colour.”
