“I bought the silver tassel earrings which are a beautiful style. Unfortunately when the earrings arrived , the post on one of the earrings had a bend in it close to where the end is . Due to its position, it would have been difficult to straighten out without damaging the earring. The item had already sold out on line, so I couldn’t reorder a replacement. This is the first time I have bought from this company, so I’m disappointed”

“I bout a pair of earrings from Jon Richard. Com and a pair from a high end jeweler and the Jon Richard ones were the best looking, had the most sparkle and we're half the price of the others which I had to return due to getting a reaction from them. Well done Jon Richard. 10 out of 10.”

“I wanted to replace a much loved necklace. I emailed customer service at the weekend, and following a few emails by Monday lunchtime they had located the final item in the warehouse and helped arrange the payment for the order. I was kept informed all the way through and Carla was extremely helpful. I'm looking forward to receiving it in the next few days.”
