“Disappointed to say the least. The products are great never had an issue but the website itself needs some work!! I had received my confirmation and was told my product was on my way to me - just on time for a special occasion! To then find out the day before my items still had not arrived. Stressed, I contact customer service. Props to them as they were fast enough to respond letting me know where my items were. However I was informed that the payment had not been processed and therefore the items weren’t coming to me…. So where was my email to say the items weren’t coming???? I could have placed a second order in good time had I known. To top it all off, I’ve been asked to review the products I supposedly “received”…. Some debugging would be greatttt next time. Likely will not buy products directly from this site again.”

“Bought a set last minute for my wedding. It served its purpose but was disappointed with the quality. The dangly bits didn’t dangle freely if you know what I mean. The necklace was slightly on the short side. It all in my opinion looked a little cheap and if I had had time to look for something else, I would have send this set back. All in all, very expensive what what it is and wouldn’t recommend. Disappointing because I had Jon Richards accessories years ago and they were great, but not this time.”

“I recieved 3 purchases.Couldnt see them in package,for paper .Note on package,if opened cant return.Have to open.So once ive opened stuck with them.Despite comments on facebook,and e mailing no response.I bought lots from jon richards in Debenhams over the years.Wont buy from website again.Feel this is a way of making you keep purchases.”
