“I ordered a lovely rhodium plated pearl and crystal brooch for a friend who will soon be 90. I was so disappointed when it arrived because one of the pearls was missing. I contacted JonRichard straight away and sent a photograph. The lady who dealt with the problem could not have been more helpful, she sent me a replacement which I received the next day. Absolutely excellent service, and I'm sure my friend will be delighted with her present.”
