“I had the infinity ring set bought for me by my husband it is beautiful but far too small. Unfortunately it was from Debenhams and they are closing down and closed so could not take back. As a gesture of good will customer service said I could return as long as I made an account. That was fine seeing as a gift. But I really loved the ring set and as I didn't want to be unlucky enough to be too late in getting another ordered in the next size up which should have been ok so I also ordered the wedding band at same time paying for both as the refund for the first would not happen until you received. we will be renewing our vows after 36 years of being wed. The rings came I was so excited but they again were too small so I packaged the two boxes together, one with one ring set the other with the ring set and wedding band and returned by signed for next day delivery. I have had a refund as said for the first but was asked if I wanted to keep the wedding band in an email and to return the items. I have returned them I want the wedding band in large and as I have noticed the ring set is out of stock in large please can I have the payment I made separately to be refunded to my card. Please can you help. I am sorry for the low rating but as my returns were not recognised I am not sure whoever received them has checked the packages correctly. I am not a regular online purchaser anywhere and certainly not regular at sending back. Please help regards Megan Pinkney”

“Very good choice of silver jewellary and I found 2 bracelets that I liked in the sale. My order arrived fairly quickly and just in time for Christmas which I was pleased about. The Simply Silver bracelets are very pretty but do be careful to check the length will fit the persons wrist as they are on the smaller side. My only comment is that it would be helpful to have the weight of the jewellary so the customer would know whether it is very light especially for earrings which can often look nice but when bought turn out to be very thin and cheap looking.”

“I bought earrings and necklace to give as a set. They looked lovely but when I went to add to the gift box found that the posts of the earrings were bent flat. They then snapped off as I tried to get them out of the packaging. Never again!”
